1. Hire period

        The normal booking period is from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday.

        Short breaks including mid-week breaks and long weekends are                    available out of season.

        A minimum of 3 nights stay is required.

 

2. Payment

        A deposit of £100 will secure the booking.

        Cheques should be made payable to C. Reid.

        Balance should be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

        Bookings made less than 4 weeks in advance should be paid in full at            time of booking.

        We accept payment by cheque, GBP travellers cheques, Bank Transfer          or cash GBP / Euros.

             

3. Pets

        Dogs are welcome; Additional £10 charge.

        Please bring dogs own bowl and bedding.

 

4. Accommodation Capacity

      The number of persons occupying the cottage should not exceed the          maximum number stated online for each cottage.

 

5. General

        Bramley and Beechtree are both no smoking cottages.

        Included in the price are gas, electric, bed linen and towels.

        Guests should take reasonable care of the property and contents.

        If you are likely to arrive late, please let us know.

        Broadband Internet is available at an additional cost of £10 per week.

 

6. Injury, Loss, Damage

        Use of property is entirely at guests own risk.

        No responsibility can be accepted by owners for injury to any guest,            or injury, loss or damage to guests belongings, including motor                    vehicles.

 

7. Availability

        If we cannot rent the property due to events beyond our control the            full hire charge will be refunded.

        Guests will have no further claim against the owners.

 

8. Cancellations

        In the event of a cancellation we will try and re-let for that period.

        If the property is successfully re-let we will make a full refund to the            client.

        If we cannot re-let the property the initial £100 deposit will be                    forfeited.

        Any cancellation that occurs within four weeks of hire where we are            unable to re-let the property will result in the entire fee being                    forfeited.
